And there are great days. Back Bay Blues was reviewed in the New York Times yesterday...and for me it was a life long dream. It was like being able to play ball in Fenway park. That dream happened because a lot of people worked really hard to make it happen. From the good friends who read first drafts and offer advice, or clean up my grammar and spelling, to my agent Cynthia who works very hard to get my books published, to my editor John, to Crystal the publicist and to a whole bunch of people at Kensington who work really hard to take a book I wrote and get onto a bookstore shelf and ultimately onto your bookshelf. Without them I would not have had the cool and surreal experience of reading my name in the New York times. Thank you. To all of you I raise my glass, Cheers!

Liz thank you both! I am furiously working on book three. If all goes well it will be out October of 21.
How wonderful to realize a dream! Congratulations... Me and my husband love your books. He just finished reading Back Bay Blues and enjoyed it tremendously. He wants to know when your third book will drop. Me too! Can't wait.
Thank you. No they didn't but rest assured it will never happen again!
That is wonderful news Peter. Almost as good as Alex Cora. There is no way I will ever read the NYT so I have to ask you if they caught the Seiko thing?
Thank you Denise. I used to love pouring over the Sunday times, especially the crime fiction reviews.
